How to register for MMG?

Registration is FREE at any GT&T office or MMG Agent countrywide. You will need your GT&T mobile phone, ID and proof of address. Registration will be completed within 24 hours.

 

How to deposit money to your MMG wallet?

A minimum deposit of $500 is required and can be deposited at any MMG agent. You will receive a confirmation of your deposit by a text message and you can now start to use your MMG wallet.

 

How to access your MMG wallet?

To access your MMG wallet to check your balance, change your PIN, review transactions in a mini statement and start a new transaction, dial *123# on your GT&T mobile phone.

 

How to buy credit?

  • Using your GT&T cell phone dial *123# and press Send
  • From the Main Menu select option 1- “Buy Credit”
  • Enter the amount of credit
  • Please confirm the credit amount
  • Enter PIN number
  • Transaction initiated
  • SMS will be received to confirm transaction was successful.

 

How to pay bills?

  •  Using your GT&T cell phone Dial *123# and press Send
  • From the Main Menu select Option 2- “Pay Bill”
  •  Select your option

GT&T Landline

  • Enter landline number
  • Confirm landline number
  • Enter amount to be paid
  • Confirm amount to be paid
  • Review the summary and enter PIN

GT&T DSL

  • Enter DSL account number
  • Confirm DSL account number
  • Enter amount to be paid
  • Confirm amount to be paid
  • Review the summary and enter PIN

GT&T Post Paid

  • Enter Post Paid cell number
  • Confirm Post Paid cell number
  • Enter the amount to be paid
  • Confirm amount to be paid
  • Review the summary and enter PIN

Pre-Paid Meter

  • Enter GPL meter serial number
  • Enter the amount to be paid
  • Confirm amount to be paid
  • Review the summary and enter PIN

Post Paid Meter

  • Enter GPL reference number
  • Enter the amount to be paid
  • Confirm amount to be paid
  • Review the summary and enter PIN

IPED Accounts

  • Enter your IPED account number
  • Confirm IPED account number
  • Enter the amount to be paid
  • Review the summary and enter PIN

 

How to send money (Money Transfer)?

  •  Using GT&T cell phone dial *123# and press Send
  • From the Main Menu, select option 3- “Send Money”
  • Enter receiver’s cell phone number
  • Confirm receiver’s cell phone number
  • Enter the amount to be sent
  • Please confirm amount to be sent
  • Review the summary and enter PIN
  • Transaction initiated

*You can send money to any mobile number, that is, to any GT&T or other network customers.

 

How to withdraw money from wallet?

  • Visit an Agent with your valid identification.
  • Agent initiates the transaction
  • Using GT&T cell phone dial *123# and press Send
  • From the Main Menu, select option 4- “Confirm Withdraw”
  • Select “ withdraw to confirm transaction”( corresponding with AGENT ID and AMOUNT)
  • Confirm transaction by entering your PIN
  • Sign MMG Log Book to confirm the transaction has been completed & correct funds received from the Agent.

 

 How to check your balance?

  • Using GT&T cell phone dial *123# and press Send
  • From Main Menu, select option 5- “My Wallet”
  • Select option 1- “Check Balance”
  • Please enter PIN
  • Transaction initiated

How to get a mini statement?

  • Using GT&T cell phone dial *123# and press Send
  • From Main Menu, select option 5- “My Wallet”
  • Select option 2- “Mini Statement”
  • Please enter PIN
  • Transaction initiated

How to change your PIN?

  • Using GT&T cell phone dial *123# and press Send
  • From Main Menu, select option 5- “My Wallet”
  • Select option 3- “Change PIN”
  • Please enter Old  PIN
  • Please enter New PIN ( MUST BE FOUR DIGITS)
  • Confirm New PIN
  • Transaction initiated
